My Approach

My goal is to enable you to spend more time doing what you love.

I specialize in providing conscientious whole-body care for patients with connective tissue disorders (such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and related disorders), hypermobility, and those in need of pelvic floor physical therapy.

Collaborative

As your partner in your physical therapy journey, I work with you to establish goals that we can work toward to improve your quality of life. We work together to identify avenues and therapies that can get you back to doing what you value most.

Specialized

Every body is different. As your physical therapist, I tailor treatment to suit your individual needs. With manual therapy, trigger-point dry needling, stability training, education, and other techniques, we’ll identify what your body needs to achieve your movement goals.

Holistic

You are not an injury or a collection of injuries. Your body is complex and connected, let’s treat it that way. We will consider your whole self in developing your treatment plan

Having trouble sitting comfortably?

How are you sitting right now? If you’re like most hypermobile people sitting in a typical desk chair or on the couch, my guess is “not very comfortably.” Enter your email below to get my free downloadable guide to improving your comfort and stability while you sit.
